Phase Four
Validation of contaminated land remediation
The purpose of a Phase Four report is to validate that the contaminated land has now been remediated to an agreed standard. The Phase Four contaminated land remediation report includes Post Remediation Validation Reports and remediation statements. These statements confirm that the Local Authority's planning conditions and where specified the Environment Agency's conditions have been complied with. For housing projects the report is also typically includes evidence that the remediation scheme has been signed off by the National House Building Council.
Throughout the process we ensure the requisite liaison with statutory authorities e.g. the Environment Agency and local authorities, in order to bring any development project to fruition as quickly as possible
