Environmental due diligence

Environmental Management Consultants (EMC) undertake environmental due diligence reviews for corporate clients. This service usually entails components of ASTM E1528-06 Standard Practice for a Limited Environmental Due Diligence: Transaction Screen Process and standard UK practice for a Phase I contaminated land risk assessment.

The aim of the review is typically to establish the potential for any contamination to be present on the site related to past or present uses that could cause a constraint to the proposed acquisition.
